return total number of matching references instead of number of displayed refs;run countref to obtain the total number of matches if we shall retrieve only a subset;number references in the output according to the startRecord value;renamed recordNumber to recordPosition;added nextRecordPosition, echoedSearchRetrieveRequest, and extraResponseData to output
