Sure, but it would help if your energy and interest in this matter=20
could contribute to an ideal solution to this thorny problem.  Part of=20=

the problem with RIS is the tagged format itself.  XML solves this=20
problem, if properly used, so any real solution is going to have to lie=20=

there IMHO, and in an improved data model.
