Building Text::Iconv requires a hack on some platforms (including Cygwin) to link against the proper libiconv library. This may be the case as well for OSX. If your installation of Text::Iconv failed for this reason, you're likely to see this error. Can you go back to the installation of Text::Iconv and see whether this causes any problems? Can you check the status of libiconv? regards, Markus > # en2ris.pl --help > Can't load '/usr/local/lib/libIconv.dylib' for module Text::Iconv: > /usr/local/lib/libIconv.dylib(2): Not a recognisable object file > at /usr/local/bin/en2ris.pl line 31 > Compilation failed in require at /usr/local/bin/en2ris.pl line 31. > BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/local/bin/en2ris.pl line 31. > > > > ------------------------------------------------------- > This SF.net email is sponsored by: IBM Linux Tutorials. > Become an expert in LINUX or just sharpen your skills.
