Yes, except in the place where I grew up. Don't ask me why, but last
name always goes first.

I know that this is cross with the rest of the world, so the DTD will
have the reverse order in the next release.

I've been using Emacs for years without ever touching a macro. I'd
simply have to look it up. Don't know whether it is going to work.
