Hi Johan,

this error is usually caused by a missing libdbi driver. Could you
please restart refdbd with a log level of 7 and have a look at the
beginning of the log output? It should display a list of available and
loadable libdbi drivers. The drivers are part of the libdbi-drivers
package. In order to build the SQLite driver you need to configure
libdbi-drivers with the --with-sqlite switch.
