[Refdb-users] update on web client

Hi Bruce,

all RefDB apps use sensible defaults if they can't load a configuration
file. If these defaults work for you, there is no need to provide a
configuration file. If you're interested, have a look at
/usr/local/etc/refdb/refdbcgirc.example. This file has all
configuration options along with explanatory comments.
