[Refdb-users] php5, xml and sqlite

Non-programmer question:

Was poking around and ran across info on PHP5.  It's to include 
significantly improved xml support, based around libxml.  It will also 
include SQLite by default.  I wonder if this could in any way help make 
a PHP-based RefDB installation easier?
