A small idea for the current web client:

When adding a new RIS reference, it would be nice if by default an 
empty template was inserted.  It's often impossible for me to remember 
the tags, and a problem if I'm away from my machine with its emacs + 
ris mode (as I was a little while ago) and want to enter a record.
