Thanks for testing. I'm afraid the message you get when adding refs to the personal list is related to a misunderstanding of what this command does. If you added the refs yourself in the first place, they're in your personal list anyway, so adding them again won't do you any good. I assume that the XSLT stylesheets do not cooperate well with the TeX macros. If we include your results, the whole thing is broken in at least three different ways ... not very reassuring. I'll think about adding a config option to transform the XML documents using the Jade/JadeTeX toolchain.
