[Refdb-users] ANN: RefDB-0.9.3-pre6 available

Hi all,

this new prerelease fixes a segfault in the import of risx
data. There's a couple of other minor changes, among them a relaxation
of the risx.dtd (contents is now optional). The RefDBClient module
required an update too, so please use these files for testing:
