[Refdb-users] no change in DUMMY problem in ref 0.8.6

The file xmlhandler.c contains a few bugs that affect only the PowerPC
platform. Anyone using RefDB on PowerPC need to upgrade this
file. Until a new maintenance release is finished, please contact me
off list.

NB The libdbi-pre1 branch in CVS, which eventually will be released as
RefDB 0.9 is not affected by this bug.
