[Refdb-users] RefDB install problems

I think I have everything installed correctly, but I am having problems
with the web interface.  Even when I log in with a valid username/pass
for MySQL and it tells me that i am logged in, when I try to submit data
through the web form it errors out and the log says that noid@<blah>. 
It is almost as if it isnt logging me in correctly.  Has anyone else
seen this behavior?  Thanks
