Hi,

cgi.c in release 0.8.4 was not properly updated and fails to
compile. This is fixed in release 0.8.4a which I just uploaded.

You can easily fix the problem yourself without downloading the
package again. Just change 'REFDBLIB_DEFAULT' to 'SYSCONFDIR' in
src/cgi.c line 176. Apologies for the inconvenience.
