Hi David, glad to hear that Bib2ris works now. I'm a bit concerned about your ongoing problems with the "cannot connect" problem. This should just work regardless of your mental state. I haven't seen this here since a stupid thinko was fixed about 2 versions ago. Could you do me a favour and send the following output to the list: 1) run "refdb-bug". This will create a file "refdb-bug.txt" in your current working directory with all the details of your installation. 2) run "ps ax | grep [r]efdbd" next time you get the "cannot connect" message.
