[Refdb-users] btparse libraries and bib2ris

btparse is not (yet) available as a Debian package. I was approached
by a Debian developer the other day who wanted to package refdb and
btparse as well. But I'm not sure about the progress of his work.

It is not obvious to me why this does not work. What happens if you run:

cd src
make bib2ris
make install
