[Refdb-users] Missing some distribution files.

Hi Jeffrey,

I've uploaded refdb-src-0.8.2b.tar.gz. I hope this will (finally) fix
the missing files problem.

I am aware of the hassle that the RefDB installation still is. It is
certainly on my todo-list to simplify the procedure.
