I have a problem getting refbase to install. I am running Windows 2003
server with Apache2.=20
When I complete the install.php form the system returns a blank page and
the database is not created. The form does not provide me with any
selection for the default character set. On looking at the Apache error
log I note that there is a PHP Notice: Undefined Index:
Can anyone over me any help please?

Does that mean that drop-down is empty? Or is the drop-down not visible
at all? This is strange since it's a regular HTML form element. Is this
form element present when viewing the HTML source in your browser?

Hmm, strange, the '$defaultCharacterSet' variable should get initialized
properly. Could you send me your 'install.php' file as well as the HTML
source (copied into a text file) as rendered in your Browser? Btw, have
you tried another browser?
