0.03.07B will be released in the next couple of days.

A number of enhancements have been made. These include:

- ensuring page information is not cached
- allowing data e.g. referee's to be made inactive rather than deleting them.
- cleaned up code to make it xhtml compliant
- standardised the way header and footer information is displayed

A tar.gz file with RefApp contained has now been updated. This release is 0.03.05B.
