When running the tool with mapping_uml2.rb, the output file does not contain the declaration of the UML interface of the defined data EXPRESS types (see: http://reeper.git.sourceforge.net/git/gitweb.cgi?p=reeper/reeper;a=blob;f=examples/plcs/ap239e2_arm_lf_stepmod-2010-01-25.xmi;h=f1d5dc81f525dc571c4164f33b18990caa90d4d0;hb=HEAD\).
The declaration of the types: alias_identification_item, document_property_item, scheme_entry_item_select, scheme_subject_select, scheme_version_select, task_item are missing.
