Custom fields can now be reordered.

Removed hard coded string on 'My account'.

Added an option on 'My account' for users who don't want to be notified of changes that they make.

Added wiki macros support. 2 builtin macros are defined: hello_world (sample macro that displays the arguments) and macro_list (display the list of installed macros).
