Added some very simple pictures for the start and load screens.
created the display functionality for displaying screen backgrounds
NOTE : when running the screen test you MUST PRESS "SPACE BAR" while
on SFML screen to be able to use the command line again to select a new screen
This will change once all the functionality is built out and we are not at all dependent on the command line.

***Reverted back from version 29 to 27 and then added the following changes, due to the SVN being corrupted from a merge. This I determined to be a sourceforge error as stated here : http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2324187/merge-trunk-into-branch-with-svn-secure-connection-truncated
Implemented the XML screen loader.
Revamped main a tiny bit.
Created a Screen Test screen which allows you to select via the console the different windows to navigate through.
removed LoadScreens.h ScreenFunctions.cpp/h no longer moduling screens load functionality this way.
Might in the future bring back ScreenFunctions.cpp/h for screen specific functionality like loading main game or changing a label value from 'Space Bar' to 'Ctrl' when a user wants to change key configurations.

renamed the load sprite and image files to have capital L in Load instead of lower case.

Debugged an error with loading all asset files... very close to loading images and creating screens.

Added more screen xml text to sample.xml.
Separated out the two tests (Screen and Physics test) into their own .cpp files.
Remove un-needed functions in ScreenFunctions.(cpp/h).
Cleaned main up.
removed UnitTests.cpp.
Added and removed member variables from Screen.(cpp/h)
