#507 Chore: apply the knip configuration hints to knip.json

npm run knip prints 17 Configuration hints today. Fix them in .tools/Developer_Toolkit/knip.json:

• Entry patterns with no matches (lines 5, 12, 14, 15): Style/index.html (file does not exist), tests/**/*.test.js (the 8 files in tests/ are *_tmp.js / fix_*.js), *.config.mjs, *.config.js (no root configs — they live in .tools/Developer_Toolkit/).
• Redundant entries: dev-server.js, cli/index.js.
• Stale ignoreBinaries (lines 26-33): less and vendor are plainly bogus.
• Stale ignoreDependencies (lines 19-21): opencode-vision, envsitter-guard, opencode-pty (keep opencode-lazy-loader).
• Register .html as a compiler (project includes html at line 17 but there is no compiler block) — this is the root cause of the 134-file "unused" false positives for <script>-loaded browser modules.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] npm run knip "Configuration hints" drops from 17 to <= 1.
• [ ] npm run knip Unused files does not increase.
• [ ] npm run check still passes.
