The hdd is not recognized because the source disk is designated as the target disk. Is there a way to recover it?

Hello, I am a user who is using redo well.
The driver to recover from Windows is C driver(SSD 230GByte). The redo backup image is stored in D driver (approximately 1800 GByte). D driver was used as a data disk, and partitions are composed of one.
The redo program was booted from cd.
I selected recovery and selected backup image from D driver. I accidentally selected source driver as target driver and proceeded with recovery.
Soon after, there was an error message saying that the size was not the same, and the recovery was stopped.
Since then, the D driver has four partitions and is no longer recognized by Windows after reboot. Is there a way to recover to a data disk and use the data?

Offline (Disk is offline because there is a signature conflict with another disk that is online). This message viewed form attached file.
all data of D driver is not read. please~ help me.
