I was looking into RHL's ideas list, and was interested in implementing the web based frontend for peck and peck intersect over the summer. However, I had a couple of doubts regarding this. First, the idea is pretty open (for eg.: it doesnt mention the web dev framework or even language, or whether a rewrite will be preferred etc.). So do we have to add all that information in our proposal based on what we think is best, or will more information regarding implementation be provided?
Further, are there any bugfixes, or something I can do to get acquainted with the codebase (I've been reading the NLP scripts for now), as well as the community? (And get the community to know me, of course (: )

About me: I am Aditya Kumar, a third year student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, India. With respect to the project being discussed, I have experience in shell programming, web apps, and databases.
