    Hi Everybody,

I am Nurendra Choudhary from International Institute of Information
Technology, Hyderabad, India. I am doing my major in Computational
Linguistics and know Python, C, C++ very well. I had a look at the Ideas
Page and I am very interested in the following projects:

    1. Create a tool for multiword expression tagging - Text and Language
      Analysis
    2. Python tagger for multiword expression lexicon - Text and Language
      Analysis
    3. Identify male and female speakers - Audio analysis

Could you help me start contributing to the organization?

    Regards,

    Dear Nurendra,

Could you give us some background on your experience with audio parsing? We would be very interested to see how you can combine your expertise in Computational Linguistics with audio feature extraction.

    Best wishes,
    David Liontooth

    Hi David,

I have worked before with Google Web Speech API and Text to Speech modules like "pytts" and "espeak". A very simple beginning for the project could be to differentiate the audios based on their frequency and further speech to text converters can be used to analyse the content of the speech and get further information. My knowledge on audio analysis is very limited and I am interested in learning more about them. Could you tell me about some tools or topics that are good for this subject?

    Regards,
    Nurendra Choudhary
