RS website re-birth and beta 1.1 release

Good news, everyone!

For the most of last month, the RS team have been working around the clock to bring you several improvements and news over the latest sporadic updates and releases.
As the project started to stabilize a bit, we tried to include as many features and fixes in this release as possible (despite the demonstrative disappointment of our testers :)
We have worked hard and made this release the most stable and complete Redaction System version ever.
Thank to our great dedication to detail, we have uncovered some of the most annoying bugs and incompatibilities in MySQL and PHP versions that helped us greatly in our progress.
This release have been tested under most commonly used PHP and MySQL versions today under Windows and Linux machines, not to forget the safe mode ;)

As a surprise, we have prepared a completely redesigned website that provides easy, user-friendly and informative system.

A completely new support service has been started with the website, providing an extensive support mechanism to all who are in need.
Also, a completely new live version of Redaction System has become available to our testers and donors, where they can see our latest work for real.
