#3 ContentView ToolBar hiding TabItems headers

When opening the windows from menu items, the center Content View page will arrange the Tab Items at the top but the Tool Bar of the window will obscure them. This is solved by casting ADTabPanel to FormPanel instead of LayoutCountainer. Committed in http://sourceforge.net/p/red1/small/36/
