Some days ago Carlos Ruiz, the lead maintainer of ADempiere 360LTS has made the final switch to iDempiere OSGi world for the free ERP software project when he made the release at http://sf.net/projects/idempiere.
You can also have a Windows Installer for that version here http://sourceforge.net/projects/red1/files/Software%20Packages/iDempiere1.0.a_Setup.exe/download
The iDempiere has gone through extensive enhancements and many new features as well as requested functionality changes introduced. You can read all about them here in its wiki http://wiki.idempiere.org/en/Category:New_Features_v0.01
