Repacked. All included into one zip. Old demo sources and compiled demo also included.

0.0.0.3 was released.

Seems to be stable. Splitted onto two zip-archives: RectUtils.zip is a main part and Layouts.zip (TLayouts class) remains only for compatibility. Rectutils.zip doesn't require DeCAL.

Web-site was improved.

I've fixed some bugs. No errors appear in a browser more.
