#1 Groups Filter not limiting (v0.5)

[Encountered on the Demo edition, v0.5, on the
paintcreek site.]

On the initial Objects, Groups page, I could not get the
Filter feature to work properly.

Steps:
Initial display contained five records. (one Club, one
Committee and three Others.)

Unchecked all Filter choices, except for "Others".

Clicked on Filter button to apply the new filter selections.

The display refreshed, but still contained the same five
records as the initial display.
