ReconstructItV0.4.3 will be released when Sourceforge allows uploads again.

It contains some system DLLs.  The program would not run on some peoples 
machines because they had old versions of these DLLs; this should fix the 
problem.

All the planned Speed and Time equations are there (though not fully 
featured).  The todo list includes Velocity, Momentum, Rate, and Distance 
equations.
