RECOIN - Retrieval Component Integrator / News: Recent posts

Release 0.3.1 has been lying around on my desk for a while and I finally came around to release it.
This will be the last release of the RECOIN software before undergoing major changes. Planned changes are, for example:
- Adding Spring support
- Using Hibernate as persistence layer
