The attached RAG file doesn't convert correctly with the latest recoil2png. It's possible it converted ok with a past version as dismaster has a good conversion of it: https://discmaster.textfiles.com/view/1805/whiteline%20CD%20Series%20-%20Transmission.iso/fr_bits2/grafix/npg/carnera/rraa9.rag

This is affected by the change originating from https://sourceforge.net/p/recoil/bugs/74/
In this file the byte at offset 22 is equal 0xff.
In fact, the whole header looks identical to the files from #74.

My only idea for now is to have a separate file extension for the "Music Compile 2" variant.

"Music Compile 2" files (https://sourceforge.net/p/recoil/bugs/74/) need to be renamed to *.RAGC
