#1 Visual problems in the source view

When browsing the program model tree using the tree
panes: clicking on a default constructor disables the
source view. One needs to click on an other class to get
the source view back.

The handling of events is not correct. The
eventspecification is not correctly highlighted in the
source view. If clicking on the event spec, in the member
pane the containing class is selected.
