Yes, as I guess that most are using 64-bit versions of Windows 10, I only released a 64-bit version which requires a 64-bit version of java. You should be able to download it from here: https://www.java.com/en/download/win10.jsp

Frank, it appears the fdx photo extractor for RecipeClips no longer works. Apparently, because of the change to 64 bit java. That means I can no longer extract photos from fdx files for those leaving Living Cookbook, or who already have fdx files with photos. I tried CB2CB just to extract the photos, but that didn't work either. People whose LC is no longer working have no way to get their photos out of fdx files. If you could add a fdx to fdxz converter in CB2CB, that would be a solution.
Ideas?

Recipeclips doesn't use CB2CB to extract photos from fdx - it does it
automatically through RecipeClips on the command line. I know CB2CB can do it,
because Pam helps people get out of Living Cookbook all the time. It is my
RecipeClips that can no longer do it, since I updated to the new 64-bit Java
version of CB2CB.

I just downloaded the 2020 version, installed Java, and could not get the program to run. It seemed to want to try, but no interface opened. Thoughts?
Install Java 64 bit.

Thank you both. That helps. I must have installed the 64-bit java.

CB2CB should be able to read FDX/FDXZ files and convert it to MZ2 (where
you can get the photos from?). Doesn't that work? I'll give it a test run.

When I use CB2CB 0.92 to extract to TXT format, then the photos are
exported as expected. What are you seeing?

Double click cb2cb.exe
It flashes and creates empty cb2cb.log in the program's directory
Nothing else.
