With RecImageViewer 0.5 You can view wide range of graphics files (bmp cut dcx dds ico gif jpg lbm lif mdl pcd pcx pic png pnm psd psp raw sgi tga tif wal act pal). This was implemented by using wonderfull DevIL image library (http://openil.sourceforge.net/) and DevIL .NET c# wrapper (http://www.mastropaolo.com/?page_id=20). Hope You enjoy it.
