#8 ReCaps stops working on reconnection with Bluetooth kbd

I've got an (external) Bluetooth keyboard, connected to my laptop. Like most BT kbd-s, it turns off automatically after a period of inactivity. Afterwards, it turns on again automatically, (almost) unobtrusively, upon pressing any key.
The problem with ReCaps is that for some reason it stops changing languages after such an off/on cycle. Unlike some other cases, when ReCaps sporadically crashes and I have to relaunch it, here it remains open in the background, but the flag doesn't change and instead Caps Lock gets triggered on/off.

• If I turn off and on the kbd , using its dedicated switch, the problem is not observed.
• When the problem appears, the laptop's own keyboard is also affected. The only way to get ReCaps to work is to close it manually from the system tray and to re-open it
