#7 Switching in console applications in Windows 10

As long as I see, Recaps doesn't work in console applications, Windows 10, check in cmd.exe and Far Manager using Caps lock as the key for switching, no layout change occur, no icon change in the tray. Also as I see, the tray icon doesn't catch the change made with the OS type of switching.
I suspect that the issue is known, in this case probably the main page of the project might contain a "known limitations" section for the convenience
