recall 1.1

Recall has been re-written to use CORBA.
It is now written in Python using omniORB.
Documentation is better, interfaces are much cleaner.
Making fault-tolerant services is now much easier.

Version 0.7 is here and supports configure

No need to tweak Makefiles anymore,
you can use configure to generate them.
(Well, hopefully it works on your platform.)
