REB Project structure changed. Now "REB Programming Kit" contains three following parts:

1. ParseTL. This is templates library for fast and effective creating of parsers with C++. It doesn't use regular expressions, but has similar possibilities. We distribute ParseTL under terms of MIT License.

2. rebTL. This is templates library for C++, that allows to use all of possibilities of starting REB idea inside C++ (recursive regular expressions for binary data). ParseTL is the base of rebTL. We distribute rebTL under terms of MIT License too.... read more

Changes:

- Some bugs are fixed;
- New examples;
- GNU-standard configuration files.

It's the first public alpha-version of REB for Windows.
