Editing Terrain textures lacks functionality and is unintuitive.
Choosing the height limits terrain textures with numbers that are rather meaningless for the user forces the user to resort to trial-and-error to determine what is appropriate.
- Dragging sliders with realtime feedback would be much more suitable.
- Perhaps the UI could render visual height planes that correspond to the currently edited values.
- Most preferably, the numbers should be gotten rid of completely to make way for a more intuitive method.
The UV tiling methods cannot be modified, this limits the look quite drastically.
The glow/bloom on textures cannot be adjusted. This limits the use of a lot of textures as they come out visually unpleasing, see attachment for an example.
