#2 restarting from a pause doesn't always work

Restarting playback of a Rhapsody tune after pausing a
Squeezebox doesn't work consistently. Sometimes
playback doesn't restart at all, even though neither
the Squeezebox or the player in the Rhapsody
application are in the paused state.
