#1 Now Playing track details should link back to catalog
Currently, if you look at track details for a Rhapsody
track in the Now Playing list, you'll see Album and
Artist information. If you browse into either of these,
SlimServer tries to browse to a local version of these.
Ideally, these items should link back to the original
Rhapsody catalog menus.
