ReadGPL GUI - The Work Starts

Work has started on developing a GUI interface for the ReadGPL package of tools. The GUI is being developed in GTK2.0 (actually, gtkmm & libglademm).

The "readgpl-gui" is currently in a very early alpha stage. It has two different interfaces, the original and the spreadsheet style. The original interface basically wraps the original "readgpl" programs in a GUI. The spreadsheet version lets the user apply filters and transforms and see the data on the screen. Both versions are only sparsely implemented.
