#15 Foreign characters in filename cause display to fail.

Take any file that opens normally in readesm when you double click on it, then add the character (for example) ó anywhere in the filename, then try opening again in readesm by double clicking on it. The file contents are not displayed. If you then go to File|open to open it, it will display correctly.

looks like it's the way the opening arguments are processed?

I have not added an attachment, because you can do it yourself by pasting the character from above.
