Sign the applet:
Signed applets can get extended rights, i.e. on Sony Ericsson K750i with signed applets the entry "Multimedia" appears under applet rights. There you can set Multimedia Rights to "Never ask". The handy's help says this means it would never ask for access to the camera then.
