[ros-kernel] Ext2 File system driver

I think this link can be useful for developing the Ext2 FSD. This
project is an ext2 file system driver for winnt/win2k/winxp.

We've seen a few of these but the big problem is that gcc doesnt support the Structured Exception
Handling that most of the FSD's require. Once mingw-gcc has support for SEH then we can make use
of it

still the pending "patent" of Borland with the SEH?

I dont think borland legal has a clue as to what they own. I've spoken with a few of thier lawyers
and they are like "what patent". I would suggest if someone implements anything they know to be
patented tech, that they submit patches from a country that has no patent law. As for mingw if
your willing to write it they will include it.
