Whoever controls usenet. But we can try a private newsgroup server is thats what people want. Although a newsgroup AND mailing list might be a pain. That's two communication channels instead of one. I don't know if theres software out there that can reconcile a newsgroup and a list. The general rule about MinGW packages is "always use the latest version". I guess it is enough to have a look at the MinGW website every now and then. > I'm now a bit nervous that I've missed something and may be using obsolete > build tools. Hi Eric, I've been working on a bug in my dialogs when building with GCC and traced it down to windres always setting the WS_POPUP style. Upon asking google if this had been seen before I find that you've already fixed it some time ago. However the version of windres in the ROS tools appears to still suffer from this bug. Can you please advise as to the status of this patch.
