[ros-kernel] Websites getting there

Hey all

Ok, thanks to Eric Cayer for getting hold of Eric Katanach (and
thanks to him too for helping us while he's on holiday).

The phorums and rosdocs are both available again. We just need to get
the mailing lists working properly on reactos.com again.
