Take a look at this on google. Search for "equitable estoppel". To sum it up, if they knew or know
that we are using some of there IP. The only thing they really have patented are gdi related
things and if they do nothing to stop us then the patent will be rendered null. I think that as
the wine project has managed to not get sued to date then we should be ok.
